Page Display Guidelines

This hyperlink ‘Page Display Guidelines’ appears when the document shown is too large to be displayed on one page. When displayed, it is shown at the top of the document currently being viewed. In this case, a user should try to use the left navigation frame to drilldown through the table of contents to pinpoint the exact contents you seek. Alternatively, you can read the document contents displayed and use the More>> link at the bottom of the page to display the rest of the document. This will loads more of the document to the current screen.

In some cases, this document may still be too large to display on one page. At this point we place a limit on the amount of text that can be shown. This is primarily due to the weight and size of the page and user download speed. The following message will be display:

This page has reached the page display limit. Please read the “Page Display Guidelines” or use the navigation frame to drill down through the table of contents to pinpoint the exact contents you seek.

As the message explains, users can still access ALL contents of this document by using the left hand navigation frame (table of contents) to navigate through the document.
