This message refers to an error in your search query. It does not mean that there are no hits for your query in the book or books you are trying to search. Errors that result in this message include:

To remedy this:

  1. Try to identify the cause of the error. For example, did you use the reserved word "of" in your query without enclosing it in inverted commas?
  2. Click the Clear Search button on the button bar.
  3. Perform your search again.

Sorry, you do not have a subscription to this product

This message is displayed whey you try to access a book for which you do not a have a current subscription. You should note that the Online Collection Window (after you click the Home button) displays all of CCH's online products and libraries (collections), not just those for which you have an active subscription. Similarly, you may not have a subscription to all of the books that comprise an individual collection. When this error message is displayed, the books to which you have a subscription are listed with your user at the end of the message (under the "Return to Dynaweb" button). If you would like a subscription to the book or need any help, please call Customer Support on 1 300 300 224.
