Button bar icons and links
The button bar is located at the top of the screen and provides the tools to
navigate a book. Several of the buttons are only available at certain times,
such as when search results are being displayed.
Home
returns you to the collection. This is a useful function when you want to exit a particular search or book and start a new inquiry. It is available when you are in a specific book (i.e. in the
book view).
Expand
opens the table of contents and index to display, for example, sub-chapters and paragraphs. This is a useful function to open the headings further. It can also be a useful way of recording your search results, if you click on the print option once you have opened the headings to their full capacity.
Collapse
closes the table of contents and index. For example, if sub-chapters of a commentary book are currently being displayed, clicking the button will mean that only chapter headings are displayed.
Hit List
displays search results in Web search engine style (available from November 2003)
Previous Hit Doc
displays the previous document in a book that contained a search hit. It is only available when the results of a search are being displayed.
Next Hit Doc
displays the next section containing a search hit. It is only available when the results of a search are being displayed.
Clear search
removes the display of search hit information and returns the user to the
book view.
It is only available when the results of a search are being displayed.
Print
allows user to select multiple documents for printing and to select output format (available from November 2003).
Text links
Some less frequently used features are available via text links above the main button bar
Preferences
enables you to change user preferences, e.g. presentation of search results.

displays this help file.
Tutorial
provices access to training and quick tips information.
